Setup guide
Sign inBefore you start
- Telegram on your phone or computer (free: telegram.org/apps).
- For Instagram: a professional Instagram account linked to your Facebook Page (see “Instagram” below to check in one minute).
- The exams you cover (e.g. Bihar Police, BPSC TRE, CTET) and their official websites.
- Your logo, if you have one (square PNG or JPG).
Your part takes about 20–30 minutes, once. You can stop at any step and come back: everything you saved stays. You can't break anything.
1 · Channel details
- On your setup page press Edit channel details.
- Channel name: exactly as on YouTube / Instagram. Name strip: a short version in capitals, shown on every Short (BIHAR EXAM ADDA).
- What your channel teaches and Who watches: one line each, in your own words.
- Exams you cover: one per line. We follow the news for exactly these, so be specific (“BPSC TRE 4.0”, not “BPSC”).
- Official websites: where students should check dates (bpsc.bih.nic.in). Every date in a Short is checked against sources.
- Leave News searches empty: we make them from your exams. Tick the subjects for the daily trick Short. Add your logo.
- Press Save. The step turns green.
2 · Where to post
Tick where your Shorts should go: YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, any mix. Only those are set up and posted to. You can change it any time. Not sure? Tick Instagram and YouTube: most exam channels grow fastest there.
3 · YouTube
- Press Connect YouTube.
- Pick the Google account that owns your channel. A brand channel: Google then shows a list; pick the channel.
- Tick every box on the next screen, then Continue. The step turns green with your channel's name.
4 · Telegram (where your Shorts arrive)
You make your own small Telegram bot. It is free and takes 2 minutes. Every Short comes to it first, with ✅ Approve and ❌ Reject buttons.
- In Telegram, search @BotFather (blue tick) and open it. Press Start.
- Send
/newbot. It asks for a name: send any name, e.g. Bihar Exam Adda Shorts. - It asks for a username: it must end in
botand be new, e.g. biharexamadda_shorts_bot. Taken? Add a number. - BotFather replies with a long code under “Use this token”, like
7123456789:AAH4k…. Tap it once to copy it. - On your setup page, paste it into the box and press Save bot.
- Press Open … and press Start: Telegram opens your bot, press Start. Back on the setup page the step turns green by itself, and your bot sends you a ✅ message.
Team approvals: want a colleague to approve too? Use Or add it to my team group instead and pick the group. Only add people you trust: anyone in that chat can tap Approve.
Keep the token secret, like a password. If it ever leaks: BotFather → /revoke, then paste the new token.
5 · Instagram and Facebook
Check your Instagram is professional: Instagram app → your profile → ☰ menu → Account type and tools. If you see Switch to professional account, tap it and pick Creator.
Link it to your Facebook Page: Facebook → your Page → Settings → Linked accounts → Instagram → Connect. No Page yet? Facebook → Menu → Pages → Create (one minute, name it like your channel).
- On your setup page, paste the link to your own Facebook profile (open Facebook, tap your name, copy the link) and press Send.
- We add you to our Facebook app and tell you by email and on your Telegram bot, usually within a few hours.
- Open developers.facebook.com/requests and press Accept. Facebook may first ask you to register as a developer: free, one minute, just confirm your account.
- Back on your setup page press Connect with Facebook. When Facebook asks, tick your Page and your Instagram, then Continue.
You can finish everything else and make sample Shorts while you wait for the invite.
6 · Voice
If your plan includes the voice, there is nothing to do. With your own ElevenLabs account: elevenlabs.io → your profile → API keys → Create, copy the key, paste it on your setup page, then pick a voice from the list.
7 · Sample Shorts
Once your account is approved, press Make sample Shorts. In 15–30 minutes today's Shorts arrive in your Telegram. Watch each one to the end: check every fact, date, name and how words are pronounced. Tap ✅ Approve on the good ones, or ❌ Reject and pick a reason: the next Shorts learn from it.
8 · Autopilot
Press Start autopilot. From then on, every day by itself: exam news is checked, Shorts are made and sent to your Telegram. Pause it any time with Pause autopilot; nothing is made while paused.
Your daily routine (2 minutes)
- Open your bot in Telegram. New Shorts arrive around noon.
- Watch each one. ✅ Approve posts it at the next good time. ❌ Reject drops it. No answer = never posted.
- Send your bot any message to ask a question or ask for a Short on a topic.
